this wasn’t first time to book at Radisson Airport Riyadh.. the location and room size is the key! faster room service than usual, which is amazing for a hotel in this size. quick respond when you ask for a golf cart. the only front desk employee that makes sure we enjoying our stay was Shooq..

The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff are very friendly especially Abdullah whose professionalism and friendliness made our trip. We went for breakfast just after 10am one morning as we saw on the website it was until 10:30. When we arrived we were told that was an error. Getting kids up and ready for breakfast having arrived the early hours of the morning the night before wasn’t easy. The staff did however provide us with some cereal to have. I spoke to Abdullah (the manager) who was apologetic for the error and offered us a dinner at the hotel that evening for half the price. His gesture and overall mannerism was greatly appreciated. Thank you Abdullah Fahd for being an absolute star and making our stay so memorable. Looking forward to coming back soon!

My overall experience at Radisson Riyadh Airport is absolutely unforgettable,at check-in I was served by Zyad Alharbi it took only two minutes to process the chicken in he gave me room with swimming pool view, second date I came to reception and there was a guy named Anas AlSharif, we had nice chat.At check out Luluwah and the two girls were very nice and quick at check out procedures, room service was amazing, All staff were nice securities, receptions, golf car drivers room services. facility is spectacular. This was my first time and won’t be my last.

I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent stay. Overall, it was good, however, I received a call the next day stating I needed to pay 163 SAR for a room upgrade. I remember the upgrade being quoted at 75 SAR, and when I inquired, the representative mentioned the price had changed. After discussing it at length, I clearly stated I would not pay the 163 SAR. I find it concerning that I was not informed of this charge at check-in or check-out and received a call the following day demanding payment. This experience feels quite unprofessional and frustrating.

My 3rd time at this hotel and definitely not the last. Check in and out was very fast and friendly. Every member of staff went out of their way to assist with a friendly smile. There were plenty of concierge on hand at all times to help you to the room or assist you with taxis etc. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. Restaurant food was exceptional and couldn't rate it highly enough with a huge array of salads, breads, and delicious hot food. The Chicken Tagine and the steak were spectacular!! Credit where credit is due - faultless standards this time around.

Rooms are big, its not a usual hotel with one building and more like a residential style with a comfort of hotel from the service and facilities provided. Staff are great since we arrived, while we dine and roam around. Fast check in and check out.

Very good hotel. Nice and clean. Large rooms. Excellent service by staff - especially by Abdul Aziz at reception who was extremely helpful during check in.

The hotel is fantastic! Amazing facilities really huge and nicely designed! Rooms are super elegant, clean and spacious! I fell in love with the place! The food is really good and the staff is helpful!
